Versatile odor control delivery systems integrate into any facility.
For natural Ecosorb® products to be a total odor solution, they had to meet two challenging criteria. First, they had to eliminate – not mask – any organic or inorganic odor. Second, and perhaps most difficult, Ecosorb® products had to be adaptable so they could integrate into any process, facility or product.
We’ve developed several basic odor control systems to accommodate any odor situation. Ecosorb® products can be delivered in one of four ways: atomization, vaporization, infusion and encapsulation.
ATOMIZATION:
Ecosorb® odor eliminator is mixed with water, pumped through pipes/hoses and delivered via nozzles or fans to areas affected by odor. To accommodate any need, Ecosorb® atomization systems come in a variety of formats, including explosion proof systems, high pressure atomization systems, air atomization systems, fan atomization systems, portable systems and custom designed systems if needed.
Waverly, Tennessee: This operator-panel controls the atomization of Ecosorb® products to neutralize odors at a paper, board and packaging plant.
This is a very streamlined atomization odor control system set-up consisting of a fan, atomization nozzles and Ecosorb® product container.
VAPORIZATION:
Similar in principle to atomization with a couple of key added benefits. Unlike atomization, no water is used at all, making vaporization an earth friendlier option. With vaporization, pure Ecosorb® products are pumped through a perforated pipe distribution system. Another key difference is that a vapor phase system delivers dry Ecosorb® product vapors at rates as low as 450 CFM to a high of 3,000 CFM.
Jeddah, Saudi Arabia: Vapor phase odor control systems dispersing Ecosorb® products are used to treat odors at nine different waste transfer stations.
ADDITIVE:
Sometimes, the end product can have its own odor issues that are simply unacceptable to the user or purchaser. In these cases, Ecosorb® additive products can be infused directly into the odorous compounds to suppress the odor emissions. Because Ecosorb® products are natural and non-reactive they can be added to most, if not all products with no effect on quality or performance.
Southern Florida: The Ecosorb® Odor Can delivery system is used to control odor problems in small, confined areas. It will disperse approximately 5 gallons of Ecosorb® product every 30 days.
ENCAPSULATION:
A special gel formulation of Ecosorb® odor eliminator topically caps material blocking odors from escaping into the atmosphere. Ecosorb® gel is an ideal solution for open-bed waste trucks, working face of landfills, and other solid/semi-solid odorous materials that continuously emit odors.
